Tradly

Terms of service

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between Tradly by Panda Labs ("we") and the shop that uses it ("you"). By creating an account or using Tradly you agree to them.

The service

Tradly is cloud software for running a mobile, laptop and gadget shop: repairs, sales, stock, buy-back, staff and accounts. Which features you have depends on your plan.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you give access to and for what they do. Give each person their own sign-in and the least access they need. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.

Free trial, plans and payment

Your data

The records you enter are yours. You can export them at any time, including after your shop becomes read-only. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service, as described in our privacy page. You are responsible for having the right to record the information you enter, including customers' and sellers' details, and for following the laws that apply to your shop.

Using Tradly properly

Do not use Tradly to break the law, to handle goods you know to be stolen, to attack or overload the service, to look at other shops' data, or to resell access without our agreement. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Availability and support

We work to keep Tradly available, and the Android app is designed to keep working without internet and catch up later. We cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. Support is by phone, WhatsApp and email.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We may end the agreement if you break these terms or do not pay, after giving you notice and time to export your data. When it ends we delete your data on request, apart from what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Our responsibility

We provide Tradly with reasonable care, but you are responsible for checking the figures and decisions you rely on, such as tax, payroll and profit. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
